Life moves fast, yet our body and mind need slow. Even ten seconds of noticing: tracing the word ‘Believe’, holding ‘You Can’, reading ‘Let Them’, is regulating. It’s awareness over autopilot – powerful stuff. These words don’t demand anything of you, they offer steadiness.

• Anxious? A glimmer might be your feet on the floor.
• Grieving? The warmth of someone’s hand.
• Overwhelmed? A stone in your palm that says ‘Breathe’.
• ‘Be.’ doesn’t rush pain.
• ‘One Step’ doesn’t pressure you to leap.
• ‘You’re Loved’ doesn’t need explanation.

They are portable pauses, anchors for reflection.

The power isn’t in the stone, it’s in your pause. The breath you take while holding it, the very moment you choose to feel it, strengthening your capacity for calm, softening reactivity, and creating resilience without force.

Customisation Notes: Do you have a particular word, phrase, song lyric, poetry/book quote, place, nick-name, rude word, or date in mind? Please read these notes carefully before placing your order:

1. I have small and medium lower case letters, and large upper case letters and numbers, and some symbols such as !,.”?’&#@ for example. A kiss/kisses can be added with the letter ‘x’.
2. If your order combines several words/numbers/or a date as well, I can make the stone approx. 8cm x 6cm with a maximum of 25 characters (including spaces). E.g.: ‘Daniel & Phoebe 12.7.26 x’ is 25 characters.
3. In the comments section at checkout, please leave as much information as you can, including preferred lower case or capital letter(s), placement of words/phrases e.g. top line, middle line, bottom line (3 lines maximum).
4. If your request is 26+ characters (including spaces), we’ll need to liaise. A much larger stone is absolutely possible, but not a standard service, so I will need to chat through what you’re looking for, and give you a quote.
5. Due to the hand-made nature of making these, and timescales with slow-drying clay, bisque firing, then glazing and re-firing clay, please allow up to 10 days before despatch. I will always try to get your order to you as quickly as I can, without compromising on the processes and quality of your customised order.
